Program Assistant Website Support

Are you a program assistant for a faculty-led study abroad program who needs help using this website?  (The program assistant is the selected additional LUC employee or a LUC graduate student that serves as an additional instructor and/or chaperone for the student group.)  If so, please read the answers to frequently asked website help questions below.

How do I access the faculty-led study abroad program assistant registration?

  1. Wait until you've received an email from our office granting you access.
  2. At https://abroad.luc.edu, click the LOGIN link (upper-right corner of page).
  3. On the “User Login” page, click the button for “LUC students & employees login.”
  4. Login with your LUC username and password.
  5. If you aren't automatically directed to your Applicant home page, do the step 5.1. below.
    1. Click on the hamburger menu button > Applicant link OR if you don’t see the hamburger icon, click on the home menu button > Applicant link.
  6. Click on your Faculty-Led Study Abroad Program Assistant Registration link.
