Step 2: Read the appointment scheduling instructions.  

Until further notice, all meetings will be conducted via phone or Zoom, rather than in person. This is in support of the University's coronavirus response efforts.  To schedule your appointment, you'll
  1. Go to your advisor's profile webpage.
  2. Click the "Request an appointment or information" button.
  3. Click the "Click to Request An Appointment" link.
  4. Click an available time.
  5. Click the "Send" button.  
You'll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to prepare for your appointment, both in terms of aspects of study abroad to consider and getting ready to Zoom with your advisor.
