Scholarship Recipients

There are a wide variety of scholarships available to students looking to study abroad. While many of these scholarships are geared towards a particular location or student group, many are open to students studying on a wide variety of programs. Over the years, Loyola students have been awarded prestigious scholarships toward their study abroad program. We hope you join us in congratulating these students on their accomplishments.

2022-2023 Program Recipients
Fund for Education Abroad Scholarships

The Fund for Education Abroad awards scholarships of up to $10,000 to promising students with financial need who wish to study abroad on programs that run for at least 28 days. One Loyola student won this prestigious scholarship for their study abroad program in spring or summer 2021.

Gilman Scholarship


Funded by the State Department, the Gilman Scholarship awards up to $5,000 per student for study abroad. During the October 2021 application cycle, two Loyola students were awarded this prestigious scholarship to use on study abroad programs in upcoming terms.

Gilman Scholarship

Funded by the State Department, the Gilman Scholarship awards up to $5,000 per student for study abroad. During the March 2020 application cycle, six Loyola students were awarded this prestigious scholarship to use on study abroad programs in upcoming terms.
